Each home starts with a vision, and that vision is brought to life with expert planning. Whether you need a set of plans, or bring your own to the table, our team is ready to review them with you. Modifying plans to meet your needs is part of what we do. Once you love it, we handle the takeoff and provide you with our best quote.
Building
The scope of our work is limitless, allowing us to give each project our top priority. SMG is driven by an exceptional builder, a detail-oriented project manager, and a dedicated team of contractors who work diligently with our clients from start to finish. From contracting to permitting, to breaking ground on your site, we do it all. Our clients also enjoy the ability to hand-select their finishes from a variety of quality, local vendors.
Warranty
The builder is responsible for the structure for seven years, per South Carolina state law. The contractor warrants mechanical equipment in the house for a period of one year from the time of closing. Appliances are per manufacturer warranty.
